Honey Glazed Salmon

Wether you are cooking for 1 or for many this recipe is a sure way of quickly creating a delicious meal. Protein packed and easy to prepare, its definitely one of my favourite recipes to make! 

Time needed: 30 mins

Serves 1

Here’s what you’ll need:
250g Salmon Fillet
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbs Clear Honey ( you may add some more if you feel necessary)
3 tbs Rapeseed Oil

Now to begin:
1.Preheat oven to 200C.
2.Line a baking tray with baking paper, and spread a small amount of oil over it.
3.Take the salmon fillets and place them on the tray, sprinkle the salt pepper and some oil.
4. Take the honey and drizzle all over the salmon fillets ( add according to liking) .
5. Place in oven, set to 180C and allow to cook for approx 15-20 mins.
6. Once the salmon has turned golden remove and allow to sit for a minute, then place on a plate and you may choose to garnish with salad or rice.

The dish has been served and barely a finger lifted! Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as i did!
