Overwhelming, I know. But don’t get disheartened, Cooking Intolerance is where you’ll find a variety of recipes that will blow your taste-buds away and make living with intolerances or allergies so much more interesting and creative!
Growing up in various countries around the world (Serbia, China, Hong Kong, Beijing, London..) I have appreciated good food and developed a love for cooking from a young age. Constantly on the search for new ways to curb and expand my cravings I created dishes of all kinds usually without thinking about the ingredients too much.
However, I’ve recently discovered that most of the food i LOVE my body doesn’t.
So with my new pursuit to change the dishes I eat without changing the taste, appearance and enjoyment I wanted to share it with you!
My intolerances gave me the opportunity to discover an entire range of different alternatives. That was my first step to creating some amazing new dishes. So even though you might have certain intolerances I’m sure that we can keep them out of the kitchen!
Whether you choose to follow a gluten free, dairy free, wheat free, vegan or nut conscious diet or have to for medical reasons, I hope Cooking Intolerance will make the journey smooth and enjoyable.
