Easy Dairy Free Banana Smoothie

Simple, smooth and healthy, I call it the ‘feel good’ smoothie. you can enjoy this drink guilt-free at any time as it only takes 5 minutes to make.

Time needed: 5 minutes
Serves 2

Ingredients:
3 medium bananas
1 cup non-dairy milk ( i used unsweetened drinking coconut milk)
1 tbs clear honey ( optional)
1 tsp cinnamon

The steps:
1. Cut the bananas into a blender, place the milk, honey and cinnamon and mix the ingredients together.
2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle some cinnamon!
