This little make-shift sushi snack is not only protein packed but also satisfies your salty cheese cravings without any dairy products. All three toppings are a great combination on the fine crispy rice cake. Surely, this dish could be prepared anytime of the day and would make a great lunchbox for work, school etc.
Time needed: 5 minutes
2 rice crackers ( I used Brown Rice crackers, unsalted)
Non Dairy Cream Cheese (amount is up to you)
1/2 avocado , sliced
Smoked Salmon ( amount is up to you)
1. Spread the cream cheese onto rice crackers, follow up with the salmon and finally the avocados!
Its so SIMPLE! You can see why i love this dish for a quick breakfast/ snack during a busy week. Enjoy!
